The cap was built and delivered as promised (I needed it in 3 weeks), so that was a thumbs up. The store that I bought from and did the install was not the best to deal with. The minor design issue I have is this - my truck has a bed camera. The window on the front of the cap blocks half of the camera view. If the window was an inch higher, the camera view would not be obstructed. They say this cap is designed for my model truck (2016 Ram 2500) but I guess they didn't factor in the optional bed camera. Not a huge deal, but a little less than perfect for sure.
