Purchased new GMC Sierra pickup and needed a top to transport medical supplies. Ordered via Phoenix conversion in Knoxville, TN. The top began leaking within 2 weeks. Took back to Phoenix and it took over a month to get a reply from ARE. They (think) they can fix it and recognize it is a flaw in the product but will require it to be out of my possession for several weeks. This is not an option as I am unable to work without this top. Requested them to send a new top or I would upgrade to another top. They refused. Spoke with Customer Support and she was immediately dismissive and could care less.

Very well built. Has kept my truck bed totally dry even in the hardest of rains. Paint color matched right on. The only reason that I didn't give the finish 5 stars is because along the edges, there are areas of white which didn't receive the paint.

My truck bed is my trunk and I like it clean and dry. I bought the ARE cap and BEDRUG to make the cargo area of my truck better for my use. The V Series Cap was ordered with the carpet headliner and flip down front sliding window. It looks so neat and clean. A great finished look! This was a new truck for me and I drove it for about 6 weeks before the cap was installed. After it was on, I was surprised at how much quieter the truck was without having the wind and road noise right behind the rear window. The ride was even better. Now things in the cargo area will be nice and dry and dust free. I am very happy with the quality of this product and the function of it.
