Pre-ordered a Z Series in November and had no issues when the Z2 was released for my new 2019 Ram, Big Horn. I ordered the truck to my specifications and my goal was to equipment my Ram the same as my previous 2002 Tundra with a Z Series Cap, rack and Bed Rug. Ordered the unit with Yakima rack, LED inside lighting, and the lock controlled with my truck remote key system. The styling complements my RAM and have had numerous comments on the looks and accessories. This is my third ARE product and would recommended them to anyone.
