I also think the sliding windoor is a must as I use it all the time to access gear and helps for ventilation for my two labs. The only thing I dislike about the cap is that on the new rams the tailgate design changed and at the corner where the frame of the back glass meets the tailgate I can put a whole finger through the gap. However, there is a lot of shedding of fibers from the interior liner. Also, workmanship finishing around the rear window framing was poor. Metal cuts were not finished/painted and several very sharp/dangerous edges were left unfinished/rounded. I'm very disappointed in the rear window frame finish or rather, lack of finish.
