Purchased new GMC Sierra pickup and needed a top to transport medical supplies. Ordered via Phoenix conversion in Knoxville, TN. The top began leaking within 2 weeks. Took back to Phoenix and it took over a month to get a reply from ARE. They (think) they can fix it and recognize it is a flaw in the product but will require it to be out of my possession for several weeks. This is not an option as I am unable to work without this top. Requested them to send a new top or I would upgrade to another top. They refused. Spoke with Customer Support and she was immediately dismissive and could care less.
