Fusion Overall 0.5 of 5 Fit: 1.0 of 5 Finish: 0.5 of 5 Function: 0.5 of 5 Performance: 0.7 of 5   Very poor finish and quality control FN Series : Dodge Ram January 13, 2022    Posted by: Very poor finish on cut and window installation.. rough and unsanded cuts, and sawblade over cuts with sawing cut outs at tailgate, window frames bent and over tightened to the point it bent frames looks like crap, also window frames have a terrible fit - one side 3/4” from touching the other side about 1/4” looks bad, outside fits truck great and looks good except around the bottom and there’s unfinished damage on the bottom inside cab wall; all this at first glance makes me wonder if the complete build was done as bad as the finished camper top? I was told the lead time was 8-12 weeks on June 2nd. I contacted the dealer on September 13th who told me A.R.E has pushed it out to October. 21st. That’s over 20 weeks from time of order and shipping. I should of listen to the first dealer I went to when he said I wouldn’t buy from A.R.E even though he sold them they miss their lead times and felt the company has managing issues. My opinion is 20 weeks is ridiculous to manufacturer a cap, I should of listened to the first dealer and purchased something else. I hope this will save someone headaches and an unexceptionable wait time. I did contact ARE and this was there response: RE: A.R.E.
